Welcome to Camp Sycamore!

Camp Sycamore is the perfect place to send your pup when you go out of town. Rest assured your pet will be taken care of and safe.

All walks are on a leash and are only done within the secure, completely enclosed fenced in yard. At night, boarders are tucked safely inside the climate-controlled kennel. How your dog spends his day is up to you. We offer spacious indoor-outdoor, climate-controlled runs for your pets. We provide beds, food and twice daily walks. This is all included in the cost! If you would like to have extra playtime scheduled for your pet, we are happy to spend one-on-one time playing with your pet outdoors, within our fully fenced dog yard, or time hanging out with the staff inside…whatever is considered quality time for your pet! We are also happy to provide additional walks during the day. You are welcome to bring your dog’s own food, bed or toys, and if he is on medications, be sure to remember those!

The Facility

Our walking and play-time area is securely fenced with 6-foot tall chain-link and is almost a half-acre in size! All indoor kennels have an adjacent outdoor run your pet may access as they choose during the day. We do allow pets to share a run, as long as the total combined weight is under 40 pounds. We are happy to separate them at night or at mealtimes if that is requested. At night, your dogs are safely secured indoors- in our climate-controlled kennels, with ample room to stretch out and relax!

Cat Boarding

The Facility

Our cat room is separate from the dog boarding area and offers large cages in a quiet environment. Supervised playtime can include time in the treehouse – always a favorite! We have individual cages of various sizes and a wonderful indoor multi-level catio, perfect for the more active kitty or multiple cats! We provide everything needed to keep your cat comfortable and happy, including bedding, litter and pan, bowls, and even food! Of course, you are more than welcome to bring your own supplies from home as well!

Boarding Requirements

All animals are required to be current on Rabies Vaccine.

Dogs are required to be vaccinated for and need to have:

Bordetella
Have a current, negative Fecal
DHPP Vaccination
Have either a monthly or a single dose of flea protection

Cats are required to be vaccinated for and need to have:

FVRCP
Have a current, negative Fecal
Have either a monthly or a single dose of flea protection

If you are not a regular client, you are required to have an abbreviated health exam by our Veterinarian before boarding, but we can do this the day you drop off, so don’t worry! We can also assist with any needed testing, vaccinations, or flea prevention.
